03/12/08: Thank you

Mr. Kandel and staff,

John and I would like to extend our appreciation to you for taking the initiative yesterday (3/11/08) to replace our recently purchased 2008 Honda Odyssey with a new vehicle, due to the continued transmission issues we dealt with during our brief ownership of the vehicle. Clearly this has been a wholly unpleasant experience for all involved, but I’m optimistic that we will have a much more positive experience with the replacement 2008 Honda Odyssey you provided last night.

Ourisman Honda took possession of the damaged vehicle (VIN: 5FNRL38478B039818) on 3/11/08, at which point we assumed ownership of the replacement vehicle (VIN: 5FNRL38448B048573) – is there anything else you need from our end to move all the paperwork through Maryland MVA in a timely fashion? If so, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are as anxious as you to put this unfortunate situation behind us.
